There are no returns or refunds on original artwork, all sales are final. Customers are responsible for reading the product information and understanding the product they are purchasing.

If an original piece of artwork was damaged via shipping, please contact me immediatelywith photos of the package and piece of artwork. Please keep all original packing materials as they may be required for insurance investigation purposes.
All original artwork requires a signatureupon delivery due to the irreplaceable nature of the product. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but I want to ensure that each piece arrives to its destination safely and securely.
All original artwork is shipped standard. Generally product takes 3-8 days to arrive at its destination, however there may be further delays due to Covid-19 or if you are ordering around the holidays. I do not offer any express shipping options so please allow yourself enough time for your product to arrive.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your product has shipped. Please refer to this number for the status of your order.
